Major international equipment manufacturer calls on Datalis Solutions to provide Training and Field Service support for its equipment.
With its equipment deployed worldwide and its North American Operations having Sales of over $80M dollars annually, Datalis Solutions Corporation was selected by this OEM to provide a Quick Reaction Response to upgrade its life support equipment in major hospitals throughout the United States. Working initially with a small group of Technicians from the OEM, Datalis Solutions Instructional Trainers learned the operation of these complex machines and required upgrades to bring the equipment up to US FDA standards.
What traditionally would have required seven days to learn, Datalis Solutions Trainers required three (3) days and within one week, six Field Service Engineers were trained and deployed to support the upgrade of the machines at over 270 Hospitals and Medical facilities throughout North America. The OEM's budgeted upgrade schedule was 24 weeks, but the Datalis Solutions Field Service Engineers completed the task in 14 weeks saving the customer over $3M in potential lost time, and internal personnel costs.
