  • 11-18-2011: Due to our successful client/DSC team efforts with one of our defense clients in Florida, DSC has applied for and been granted approval to conduct business in the State of Florida. This will allow our company to move forward with our plans to hire personnel full time in Florida, open an office and conduct new business pursuits in the State. This is a strategic growth opportunity for DSC and we look forward to increase both our defense and commercial business pursuits within the State.
  • 10-14-2011: DSC won a major Logistics Support Contract today with one of our defense clients in Florida. The contract calls for Logistics and Master Scheduling Support for the program and the contract is a multi-year program. This contract is important to DSC as it will allow our company to co-locate a dedicated staff within the client's facility and work as an Integrated Product Support Team with them.
  • 8-29-2011: In our continuing efforts to support our increasing Logistics Business Base, and keep our clients properly supported, DSC has hired additional Logistics Engineering Professionals. By increasing our Logistics Staff, we are able to better support our clients with Product Support and Full Mil-Std Work, in addition to doing LCC, Reliability Analysis, DTC and Maintainability Analysis. Our strategy is to continue to hire Logistics Subject Matter Experts (SME's) who understand the DoD and Defense and Aerospace Logistics Engineering business base.
  • 7-15-2011: As part of another major U.S. Army IED Contract Award, DSC was awarded two significant contracts. One for Logistics Support and one for Technical Publications Support. This work continues to keep DSC at the forefront of IED Support for the U.S. Army's IED Systems.
  • 6-14-2011: Continuing our Logistics Support and Training on some of the nation's state of the art IED Programs, DSC was awarded a contract that will entail Logistical Support and Training for the U.S. Army and their IED Teams. This contract award allows DSC to continue to be at the forefront of the latest IED Systems.
  • 5-16-2011: Semantifi of Stamford, Ct. has approached DSC regarding their new search engine. As DSC continues to grow our website business base, we are also looking at ways to help enhance our technology base and develop "knowledge bases" that will allow access to data at a higher level with very specific feedback. The Semantifi Software Tool can be adapted for web applications, training, and publications as it's a specialized search engine that can target databases and locate specific items as needed in a way that current search engines cannot.
  • 4-06-2011: In our continuing effort to expand our Customized Training and Publications Services within the Healthcare Community, DSC is partnering with the Praxis Group of Upper Saddle River, New Jersey. The Praxis Group is a Healthcare and Pharmaceutical Marketing Company that has been trying to develop marketing programs that allow for the training of doctors who need certain AMA and FDA Certifications. DSC will provide the Learning Management System and provide the technology to allow for the curriculum development, tracking of the doctors and courses to ensure pass/fail criteria, and then the issuance of a Certificate of Completion to the doctor. Both companies are currently planning for future business development initiatives.
  • 3-22-2011: Continuing to stress that Quality and having a strong ISO Quality System in place are key to customer satisfaction, DSC was given a thumbs up by their ISO Audit Company, ISMI, to continue operations for another year. This continues to be a key driver in our goals and objectives, as our client base only wants to work with companies who have validated and certified ISO Quality Systems in place. "Continuous Improvement, Process, Customer Service and Quality" are the primary drivers in what DSC does and how it works with its client base.
  • 3-21-2011: DSC today signed a strategic partnership agreement with RDP Video of Nanuet, N.Y. to jointly perform specialized software applications work and specialist high value videos for our Commercial and Defense/Aerospace client base. This partnership will allow DSC to provide its clients with the latest in Avatar and Modeling and Simulation Design and Development and keep us at the forefront of technology. Using the latest state of the art equipment and software, both companies will be able to take advantage of a large consumer base and provide the best in Character Animations, 3-D Modeling and Simulations thus allowing for cutting edge technology development in order to enhance our sophisticated training, electronic publications and software applications work.
  • 2-09-2011: DSC officially launched the "Smile of Hopatcong" Website on Wednesday, Feb 9. Alan Milford, President of the Smile of Hopatcong Organization said that "This is a blessed day and I thank everyone who was involved to make this Website and our Organization come as far as it has in such a short period of time." DSC and its employees have all volunteered to help get the Smiles Website Designed, Developed and Launched, working many hours with Mr. Milford, and his family and Board of Directors to ensure everything was the way it should be. The Smile of Hopatcong is a Non Profit Organization and dedicated to Steven Milford and his friends who have Down Syndrome. This was and will be a continuous endeavor to help those in need and most importantly help those families with sons and daughters who have Down Syndrome.
  • 2-07-2011: Looking at "What's Hot and What's Not", DSC last month made a strategic decision to take a serious look at the Mobile Applications Market and see what its group of Generation Y software applications programmers thought about the future. The answer was Mobile Phone Applications. And while there are thousands of these applications out there right now, and the bulk are all "Free", the DSC Virtual Marketing staff came up with an idea that it feels will be an application that is needed, will be useful to everyone, and will be free upon its launch. Stay tuned as we move forward with this new exciting application.
  • 2-04-2011: Both DSC and GX Aerospace have signed and agreed to a joint marketing effort that will help both companies offer current and future clients both design, development, manufacturing and total aftermarket support capabilities in the Aerospace and Aviation Business Sector. Bill Strait, President of GX Aerospace said that this agreement will allow both companies to broaden their business development activities and be able to truly offer its clients a solid turnkey and cradle to grave support solution. John Ferrari, Sr. Vice President of DSC agreed with Mr. Straits comments and felt that the future growth of both companies will be tied to our ability to be first to market, perform quickly and with quality and provide long term support at affordable prices.
  • 1-27-2011: Breeze-Eastern Corporation, a world leader in the design, development and manufacturing of Helicopter Rescue Hoists and Winches along with other key products for both the Military and Commercial Aviation business sectors has awarded DSC key technical manual contracts in support of their International Business clients. This is a new client for DSC and our entry into the Commercial Aviation World. Our company is now using our familiarity with ATA1000D and S2000M, which are International European Specification Standards, to help Breeze-Eastern with their manual and documentation work.
  • 1-12-2011: With DSC continuing to look at diversifying its business offerings, more in the Commercial Business Sector, we have entered into a supplier teaming arrangement with Praxis Marketing/Communications Group. Praxis specializes in developing Marketing and Communications programs and special projects for the Medical and Pharmaceutical Industries. Both companies felt that we could strengthen Praxis's business and consulting offerings to the Health Industry and provide them with one stop shopping. DSC has past experience in the Healthcare field having worked with both Maquet Medical and Pfizer.
  • 12-18-2010: The SBCA Best of Business Award Program recognizes the best of small businesses throughout the local municipalities and states in the country. Using consumer feedback and other research, the SBCA identifies companies that we believe have demonstrated the ability to grow, be flexible, and provide their customers with dynamic and imaginative business solutions in this complex and difficult economy. The selection committee chooses the award winners from nominees based off information taken from monthly surveys administered by the SBCA, a review of consumer rankings, and other consumer reports .   • 10-26-2010: DSC teams up with Non Profit Organization, the "SMILE OF HOPATCONG" to provide Website Design and Development, and Basic Business Support. This is a project for children and young adults who have Downs Syndrome and DSC is proud to be a part of this new and wonderful opportunity.
  • 10-19-2010: DSC selected to provide full logistics support on Advanced Programs. Logistics Analysis, Reliability Analysis, Life Cycle Cost, Maintainability Analysis, and LORA are all part of the work DSC will be performing.
  • 10-18-2010: DSC wins new generation counter IED work. DSC will provide Publications and Training Support over the next few years in support of this contract.
  • 10-11-2010: DSC selected for additional Brigade Combat Team Modernization Program (BCTM-P) for continued Technical Manual and Training work.
  • 10-07-2010: Aerospace Giant selects Datalis Solutions for major F-15 Test Set Publications and Ground Based equipment publications work.
  • 10-04-2010: DSC selected for Training and Technical Publications work for major Mine Warfare Sweeper program.
  • 9-13-2010: Eat Right America/Whole Foods selects DSC for the design and development of a new Nutrition Program that will allow the person to know what he or she should eat for whatever ailment they may have, in order to cure that ailment. Datalis had under a prior contract to Eat Right America generated a similar program that has been very successful.
  • 9-03-2010: Costume Super Center (CSC) selects Datalis for Website Troubleshooting and Programming Support in order to provide clients with a better customer shopping experience. Most of the work to be performed will be front end Website work
  • 8-27-2010: DSC wins new contract work in the International arena. Oman, Chile, Poland, and Pakistan will be serviced by Datalis Field Service Representatives.
  • 8-24-2010: Deloitte Consulting and DSC exploring new business opportunities and relationships to perform customized software product implementation and integration, training and data migration and data management into small and medium sized Aerospace and Defense companies.
  • 8-19-2010: BAe Systems in talks with Datalis Solutions for partnership on the DoD "Eagle" contract vehicle for fast contracting of US Army facilities.
  • 8-06-2010: Pin-East selects Datalis Solutions as proposal team member for major U.S. Marine Support Program. Datalis would provide Training and Program Management Support for the program.
